HeadsUp is a subscription tracking application that allows you to manually log and monitor your recurring subscriptions, view spending analytics, and receive renewal reminders.

To use certain features, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
## User Responsibilities

The App relies on information you manually enter. We are not responsible for inaccurate subscription data, missed renewal dates, or unexpected charges resulting from incorrect entries.

All content, design, and functionality of the App are the property of HeadsUp and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written consent.
## Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
## Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeadsUp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to missed subscription renewals, unexpected charges, or data loss.
## Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
